First of all let me say that with the help of your CD, and some effort of my
own, I've been able to cut my smoking from 3 packs a day to 1 pack a day -
in just 3 days!!!  And, without suffering...too much!  LOL!  Hopefully with
the continued use of it, I'll be able to quit period!
