Because every Item is made to order by our Custom Manufacturer in Hong Kong Items require 2 days to enamelize the photo onto the Iphone case. And Depending on which country your in the Iphone case requires time to be airmailed to your country and get through your customs systems.

It can take up to 4 weeks if your country has strict custom rules such as Australia. ( in extreme cases 5 weeks so please be patient).
